Book your appointment through our convenient online scheduling system or by calling our office. Your membership covers two routine appointments per year plus additional preventive services.

At each visit, your membership benefits are automatically applied. Any treatments beyond your plan receive an automatic 20% discount, and you’ll pay for those services at the time of treatment.
